These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Aavie mobile application and the website aavie.life (together, the "Service"), operated by AAVIE Life Sciences Private Limited ("Aavie," "we," "us," "our").
By creating an account, completing an assessment, or placing an order on Aavie, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Aavie provides personalised Ayurvedic wellness information, herbal supplements, and tongue analysis for educational and informational purposes only. Aavie offers Prakriti and Vikriti assessments, cycle tracking, daily Ayurvedic guidance, and personalised herb supplement composition reviewed by a Vaidya before dispatch.
Nothing on Aavie constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Aavie is a wellness platform, not a medical or clinical service.
Tongue analysis, constitution readings, and supplement recommendations are based on traditional Ayurvedic principles. These are pattern-based observations — not clinical measurements or laboratory diagnostics.
Always consult a qualified medical practitioner before starting any supplement, especially if you are on medication, pregnant, nursing, or managing an existing medical condition.
Aavie's custom blends use food-grade Ayurvedic herbs. They are not approved by FSSAI or CDSCO as medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Supplement formulations are GMP-certified and manufactured under FSSAI-compliant, ISO-certified processes. Individual results vary — Aavie makes no guarantee of specific outcomes from supplement use.
Aavie is intended for adults aged 18 and above. By using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. Supplements are not designed for use during pregnancy without practitioner supervision.
Aavie is not intended for use by individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors — see our Privacy Policy for details.
To use certain features of Aavie, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current information and to keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings, or by contacting privacy@aavie.life. Account deletion is permanent.
Prices for supplements are displayed in INR and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed through our third-party payment gateway; Aavie does not store your card details.
Subscription plans renew automatically each cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable advance notice to active subscribers.
You may cancel your supplement subscription at any time from the My Plan screen. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle — no further charges will be made.

To request a cancellation or refund, contact support@aavie.life. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
Aavie delivers supplements within India only at this time. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location and courier availability. Free delivery is included with every active subscription.
Several herbs may interact with prescription medications including metformin, hormonal contraceptives, thyroid medications, and blood thinners. Inform your doctor of any supplements you are taking, and disclose any current medications during your Aavie assessment.
Every supplement is reviewed by our Vaidya before it ships. This review is a standard part of the service and is not optional. For certain patterns, Aavie may recommend a Priority Review or that you consult an external medical practitioner — see the in-app guidance for when this applies.
Aavie's Vaidya review does not constitute a medical consultation, diagnosis, or prescription.
Aavie collects and processes your personal and health data as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. Your data is never sold to third parties.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by providing false health information, attempting to access another user's account, reverse-engineering the app, or using the Service for any unlawful purpose.
All content on Aavie — including text, assessments, supplement formulations, branding, and app design — is the property of AAVIE Life Sciences Private Limited and protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute Aavie content without written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AAVIE Life Sciences Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any adverse reaction to a supplement where usage instructions and medical disclaimers were not followed.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for matters that cannot be limited under Indian law, including liability for gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, provide fraudulent information, or misuse the Service. You may terminate your account at any time as described in Section 6.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via in-app notification and/or email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of Aavie after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
